I am a mother of three and a wife to one.  I love my family and I love my life.  I am normal,  I have both joy and disappointment in my life.  Yet every single day I work really hard at being the best human I can be. 

I am a Expression Sage.  I help people with making life transitions go more smoothly when working with an elderly family member and all the changes that occur with their transitions.  You will learn how to express  your emotions while being an active listener and communicate in a manner that you can be heard with confidence.

I also write about my kids, family life, and what it is like to be a multi-facetted woman these days. I pray that what I bring to you in full of love and wisdom and you are able to use it in the most helpful manner possible. Even if it is learning from my 'mistakes'.
